Track 3 — the LaTeX project

• Flue framework — the agent framework the starter uses.
• Ollama Cloud · API keys · cloud models.
• LaTeX project · dvisvgm — DVI → SVG conversion.
• promptfoo — testing LLM apps (Stage 3 of the roadmap; a working config ships in latex-starter/).

The method

• Superpowers — the spec-driven methodology toolkit (install: /plugin install superpowers@claude-plugins-official). See the lesson.
• Anthropic — Claude Code overview — context for spec-driven workflows.

Why it matters: these tools move fast (Hermes is pre-1.0). When a command here and the live docs disagree, the live docs win.
